If your wedding is booked in the upcoming months, it’s likely that you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed at even a little confused right now.

And that’s understandable.

It’s a strange time we’re all living through.

We’re all experiencing completely uncharted territory and many of us are just trying to figure out how to navigate the temporary reality we’ve found ourselves in.

For brides and grooms to be, it can be difficult to know where you stand with vendor contracts, new date proposals and how to communicate your changes.

The good news is that if you have booked with us, we’re here to put your mind at ease!

We’ve compiled an overview of our Rescheduling Policy below along with some other useful tips to help navigate the process.

If Your Wedding Is Going Ahead

If you are due to get married in the next coming months and have booked us as your photographer or videographer, we want to reassure you that we are business as usual until instructed otherwise.

As long as you and your venue are still going ahead, we plan to be there.
If your wedding day details have changed and you would like to make adjustments to your photography or videography plan, we are here to chat through this with you.

In the meantime, we are advising all of our couples to keep informed, continue to reference information provided by the government and to alert us as soon as possible if anything should need to be changed.

If Your Wedding Needs to be Rescheduled

Firstly, we understand how difficult this decision is to make and that you may be feeling stressed and overwhelmed right now.

Our aim is to make your rescheduling experience with us as simple as possible.

Once you have made the decision to postpone your wedding, it’s important that you let us know as soon as possible. This allows for our team to make any necessary adjustments and helps us readjust our calendars.

If you already have a new date in mind, we will try and be as flexible as possible to accommodate. As we are dealing with a number of changes at the moment, we ask that you also aim to be flexible by providing us with a few optional dates for us to work with.

Rescheduling a wedding can be expensive and can often result in additional fees. We want to reassure you that if you have already made your booking with us, there will be no changes on the agreed price.

To help you navigate all the decisions that come along with rescheduling your big day, we’ve put together a step-by-step guide which you can find here.
